Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fairwaysforever.com and related Fairways Forever trip-planning, golf, scoring, results, and messaging services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fairways Forever Services

Fairways Forever provides information and tools for coordinating a private annual golf trip, including schedules, travel details, participant information, pairings, teams, scoring, results, announcements, and optional text-message updates. Information may change as trip plans are updated.

Fairways Forever Trip Alerts

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in through the Fairways Forever SMS signup page, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Fairways Forever about trip setup and logistics, golf groups and partners, tee times, itinerary or travel changes, payment reminders, organizer announcements, scoring, and round updates.

• Program name: Fairways Forever Trip Alerts.
• Message frequency: Varies based on trip activity; generally no more than 8 messages per month during active planning and trip dates.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further program messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help or email fairwaysforever2023@gmail.com.
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or participation.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Supported carriers and messaging availability may change.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep private access credentials and scoring PINs secure, use the service only for lawful trip-related purposes, and avoid interfering with the service or another participant's data. You are responsible for verifying important travel, payment, tee-time, and course information with the appropriate organizer or third-party provider.

Scores and Participant Content

Participants and organizers may submit scores, profile details, photos, and other trip information. You represent that you have the right to submit that content. Fairways Forever may display, correct, archive, or remove content as reasonably needed to operate the trip and maintain its history.

Third-Party Services

The service may link to or rely on golf courses, resorts, travel providers, payment services, mapping tools, telecommunications providers, and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Fairways Forever is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, acts, or omissions.

Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairways Forever disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is a trip-coordination tool and does not replace official information from courses, resorts, carriers, or other providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairways Forever and its organizers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service, trip changes, message delivery, scoring data, or third-party services. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid specifically to use the Fairways Forever service, if any.

Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
